Raspberry White Chocolate Fat Bombs are easy to make and absolutely delicious to eat!

You know about keto fat bombs, don’t you? Those tasty little energy balls made from things like coconut oil, butter, nuts, seeds, and/or cream cheese.

They can be used as a quick breakfast or a snack — or even dessert!

Fat bombs intentionally pack a lot of healthy fats to help you get the necessary amount on the keto diet.

They’re healthy, and they’re just plain good!

Take these Raspberry White Chocolate Fat Bombs, for example, with coconut butter, coconut milk, coconut oil and cacao butter (plus, of course, raspberries!)

They’re delightful to look at and taste like a dream.

Small but dense, fat bombs are quite filling. So you can use them to curb your appetite. Just be careful not to eat too many ’cause they’re so darn good!


1 cup coconut butter
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut oil
¼ cup cacao butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup freeze-dried raspberries
Stevia to taste


1. Line a muffin pan with muffin liners.
2. Melt coconut butter, coconut milk, coconut oil, and cacao butter together in a saucepan.
3. Add vanilla extract and Stevia and mix well. (It’s useful to use a whisk).
4. Pour into muffin liners.
5. Crumble the freeze-dried raspberries on top.
6. Set in the fridge for 3-4 hours to let them harden.
