Ingredients

1 cup (120 g) almond flour
1/4 cup erythritol or Stevia
1 whisked egg
2 Tablespoons (60 ml) melted ghee (but make sure it’s not hot)
1 teaspoon (2 g) baking powder
2 Tablespoons (12 g) cinnamon
1 teaspoon (2 g) ginger powder

Preparation

1. Preheat your oven to 350 F (175 C).
2. Mix ingredients in a mixing bowl.
3. Divide the dough up and make 12 donut holes.
4. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, put the donut holes on it and bake for 15 minutes.
